Individual Playtime Options
Pack socialization is an absolute blast for many extroverted, social pups, but there are lots of reasons why it might not be your dog's thing.
Some dogs get a little TOO excited and overstimulated in a pack setting, which makes playtime in a quieter, smaller group of 2-3 dogs a safer option. Others may react aggressively out of fear or insecurity when meeting lots of new pups - or even just one.
At Passage East, we believe all dogs deserve to have fun in a way that best serves their happiness & well-being. If your dog is not participating in group playtime, we require them to be signed up for one One-on-One Playtime daily in addition to Standard Boarding to ensure their exercise & social needs are being met (see details below).
Or, for an even better value, more fun, and simple booking, we recommend signing up for Premium Boarding Package, which includes 2 private daily playtimes & 1 homemade treat per day for your lucky best friend ($45 value for $33!).

The grooming specialists at our salon are here for all your pup's pampering needs! Request a nail trim, haircut, or bath for your dog while they're here when you make your boarding or daycare reservation.
Please note that folks with dogs receiving grooming services on their departure day should plan to pick up later in the day (all late pick-up fees will be waived). We'll send a text once they're all clean and ready for pick up! Our groomers book up fast, so we always recommend making your requests early!

Our Penthouse Suites provide more horizontal living space than vertical and are a fantastic option for cats that prefer to lounge rather than climb. With room for two feline guests this is a great option for cats that want to room with their sibling.

Our most popular accommodation features three levels of living space, our largest available. Purrrfect for active cats who like lots of room explore and climb. Suitable for two guests, our Skyscraper Tower provides multiple "lofts" so each cat can find their own space to nap and hang out.
